Golf Course Details:
Surrounded by rolling farmland and devoid of any housing both Panthers Lake and Crooked Cat have played host to the PGA TOUR Qualifying School Finals and have been awarded 4.5 stars by Golf Digest's "Places to Play" every year since 1999. Like Panther Lake, Crooked Cat features significant elevation changes, rolling fairways and large, contoured greens. But with fewer trees, wider landing areas, native heather and mounding framing the fairways, Crooked Cat presents golfers more of a links-style look and is considered by some to be the most naturally beautiful Orlando area golf course. The open feel encourages golfers to grip it and rip it off the tee, and there is certainly more room for error and multiple options for playing a hole—both off the tee and into the greens.
