Al Maaden opened its doors in early 2010 and is a one-of-kind Kyle Phillips Golf Design golf courses. Located at the foot of the Atlas mountains in a relatively hilly area this 18 Hole par 73 measures an impressive 7,184 yards from the back pegs.

The design of the “all that comes with it” are what make the course unique. In a homage to the Menara Gardens at the heart of the golf course you will find  series of square pools all adjacent to one another a larger pool with square divides across it. Such is its size that numerous holes run around and alongside it.

There is also another main project here and that is an attempt to combine Art, Golf and Real Estate within the same Golf Resort, whether they achieved it or not is a matter of opinion, and the phrase “seeing is believing”has never been more prevalant than here with 12 huge Unique scultures that are dotted on, around and across the golf course.
