Isla specializes in fish and regional poultry dishes. Latin American dining is available at Los Gallos, with Pizzet offering artisan-style pizzas with Mediterranean-influenced flavours. Toro offers fantastic sea views whilst enjoying the finest cuts of meat, all in an a la carte setting. Zen is where Teppanyaki dishes are served, and Monserrat Manor provides a fantastic fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavours. Ice creams and shakes are available at the Ice Cone, and the Casino offers light bites and snacks at the Rain Deli.
Spa
The Caribbean’s largest hydro spa can be found here with no less than 54 treatment rooms, steam room, clay steam room, dry sauna, ice room, sensation showers, and jacuzzis. There is also an extensive “Posh” beauty salon with hair, facials, manicures, pedicures, the list goes on and on, and all spread out over 65,000 square feet.
