Carved out of the undulating rocky terrain the Lost City course is vastly different from its close neighbor, the Gary Player course. A relatively flat and open front nine is followed by a more undulating back nine with only a wire fence separating it from the Pilanesberg Game Reserve.

There are stunning views of the bushveld and mountainous terrain from every tee and then there is the unforgettable par-three 13th, the signature hole. The elevated tee provides an excellent view of the well-trapped green some 6o feet below. Oh and don’t forget about the 30 or so Nile crocodiles that make their home in the pit protecting the front of the green. This unique pit has understandably become the last resting place of many an errant tee shot!

Par 3, 13th over water is the signature hole, with just a little extra bite in the shape of six Nile crocodiles that occupy the lake! Water comes into play on a number of holes including that of the tiered 9th and 18th holes leading back to the clubhouse.
