Established in 1969, the Dom Pedro Old Course is the second oldest golf course in the Algarve. Designed by Frank Pennink from the traditional English school of course design, this iconic parkland layout winds through a majestic forest of umbrella pine trees while taking flawless advantage of the natural contours of the terrain. It is widely considered an essential pillar of any Algarve golf holiday.

The course has recently been elevated to even greater heights, winning the title of Portugal’s Best Golf Course 2025 at the World Golf Awards.
