The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island is Pete Dye’s masterpiece and is one of the most challenging courses in the world. It has hosted multiple PGA Championships, and its reputation precedes it. This course was host to the infamous Ryder Cup in 1991, nicknamed the “War on the Shore”.
