PGA National – The Champion – Home to the Honda Classic every year, The Champion golf course is a true test of championship golf, with The Bear Trap ready to catch those who thought finishing here was easy!
PGA National – The Fazio – The Fazio is the redesign and reinvention of The Haig, the original 18-hole course that opened in 1980. The Haig was designed by George and Tom Fazio in tribute to five-time PGA champion Walter Hagen.
PGA National – The Palmer – Designed by the great man himself, Arnold Palmer, this course features large greens and cleverly crafted fairways. It’s not The Champion, but it’s a great test just the same!

The location is a great one and is only a 70-mile drive away from Miami, it also has its own international airport at West Palm Beach, and is just over a two-hour drive from Orlando International airport.

The region itself is spoilt for golf courses with the Rees-Jones course at Breakers, Banyan City Resort & Trump International at West Palm Beach. Our favorite, however, is the PGA National Resort & Spa, which annually hosts the Honda Classic. The resort has five golf courses in all from The Champion Course, The Estates, The Fazio, The Squire, and last by no means least The Palmer Course.

The region itself has so much more to do, for the music fans amongst us, Sunfest is the annual Music Festival, a huge music lovers event and the biggest in Florida, it takes place in downtown West Palm Beach along the Intracoastal Waterway.

Shopping is also popular here and downtown West Palm Beach has four retail and entertainment districts, all of which are lined with vibrant bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and boutiques. The areas of note are On The Waterfront and Clematis Street, adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway.
